Polish cuisine ambassador responsible for the quality of dishes and kitchen service in a new edition, served on the first floor.

He gained his experience and vast knowledge resources at the Atelier Amaro restaurant where he held the position of Senior Chef de Partie. Previously, he was a chef at Cafe Bar Lemon for more than a decade. He completed a prestigious French cuisine training at the Institut Paul Bocuse in Lyon.

Michał Węcławek

The curator of innovative international cuisine served on the ground floor of the restaurant. He has been active as a chef for over ten years. He served as the Deputy Chef in Cafe Bar Lemon.

He spent the next two years working with Martin Gimenez Castro at the Salto restaurant. At the same time, he took part in the Cook's Discovery of the Year 2015 competition. He also participated in the qualifying round for Bocuse D'or - the most prestigious culinary competition in the world.
